Ceo and Founder
Peter has over 30 years experience in trend analysis, negotiation, business planning, retail, international distribution, sales development, and brand development.
Having worked in the UK for over 25 years and within many industries such as technology, sustainable solutions and healthcare, Peter's impressive and diverse network expands internationally.
Peter's commitment to honesty and integrity along with his natural ability to facilitate mutually valuable connections underpin each move the team at Perception International makes.
John Smith
European Business Development
John has over 30 years experience building business and compliance systems for many fortune 500 businesses globally.
This has included working within the Quality, Safety, Environment and Asset Management arena for a number of Australian and International companies, renewable energy industry, as a lecturer IN HSEQ and Lead Auditing at Swinburne University.
He is also a lead auditor in the ISO, disciplines and specialises in building company systems for pre audit certification.
As a director of Global Compliance Systems John also works with companies to prepare them and build robust systems for the Federal Safety Commission and Comcare Audits.
Michael Henderson
Projects & Operations
With over 10 years of experience as team leader for multiple non-for-profit organisations, as well as experience as a National Account Manager for Australia’s largest electronics distributor, Michael is passionate about people management, project coordination, team development and effective communication.
He uses these skills to help provide our clients with the smoothest investment and team building processes as possible.
